Brand identity and campaign development for Kwench by KFC, a new specialty drinks range featuring eleven flavours across four distinct categories.

The creative direction introduced a vibrant pink to create clear separation from the core KFC brand, while still retaining the recognisable red to maintain brand equity. The logotype was designed with bold simplicity, subtly referencing the mixing of ingredients and the layered nature of the range.

An energetic, attitude-driven photoshoot brought the campaign to life — capturing a confident, unapologetically “thirsty” tone that positioned Kwench as playful and expressive sub-brand.
